Create and execute marketing campaigns that highlight Expat. Roasters’ products, services, and values, with a focus on the F&B experience, across digital and traditional channels in the managed area.
Produce creative assets (photos, videos, graphics) that capture the essence of Expat. Roasters’ products, services, and brand atmosphere. Collaborate with in-house teams or external creatives for high-quality output.
Execute communication strategies to ensure brand consistency in public relations, media relations, and customer engagement. Write press releases and manage media outreach in the managed area.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the F&B industry to stay ahead of trends and inform marketing strategies in the managed area.
Work closely with the café, kitchen, operations, and Head Office teams to align marketing efforts with product launches, seasonal menus, and promotions.
Track the performance of campaigns using analytics tools and provide insights to improve future marketing strategies.
Plan and promote events such as coffee tastings, product launches, and special F&B experiences that attract and engage customers in the managed area.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing or communication roles, ideally within the F&B industry.
Strong content creation skills with an understanding of F&B trends.
Experience with social media management and digital marketing platforms.
Creative production skills, including experience with video and photography for food and beverages.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Passion for coffee and understanding of the specialty coffee/F&B industry is a plus.
