Oversee, lead, and manage grievance handling process at GAR.
Job Description:
Carrying out due diligence and analyzing grievance and publicly reported information (PRI) cases including site verification when necessary for action plan development towards resolution.
Liaising with relevant stakeholders including the RSPO in grievance handling scope.
Supporting and constructively engaging GAR own units and third-party suppliers in handling grievances/risks responsibly as per GAR Grievance procedure.
Approaching and engaging suspended suppliers towards fulfilling the Re-entry Protocol.
Developing and maintaining grievance-related reports and database for internal use, customers and stakeholders.
Job Requirement:
min Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable University.
Have 8-10 years related experience, in Grievance Handling.
Able to handle and analyze incoming grievance report from external organization.
Good at liaising with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communications skill.
Good at English both speaking or writing.
