Head of HR (Automotive)
- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives, specifically tailored to the automotive sector
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent in the automotive industry
- Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to management and employees to maintain a positive work environment
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, with a focus on automotive industry-specific competencies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and industry regulations, particularly those specific to the automotive sector
- Manage compensation and benefits programs that are competitive within the automotive industry, ensuring they support employee retention and satisfaction
- Utilize HR analytics to inform decision-making and provide regular reports to senior management on HR metrics and trends
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of HR management experience, with a well-established background in the automotive industry, particularly at the headquarters level
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws within the automotive industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
