Head Barista
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and espresso-based beverages with precision and consistency.
- Train and mentor barista staff in the art of coffee-making and latte art.
- Ensure the highest standards of beverage quality and presentation.
- Supervise and motivate the barista team, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient operations.
- Set performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel welcome and valued.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues to their satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized café environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to create and refine the café's menu, including coffee selections and specialty drinks.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and recommend innovative offerings to attract and retain customers.
- Manage and maintain coffee and beverage supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are adequate.
- Place orders for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed.
- Monitor inventory turnover and reduce waste.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Badung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- D1-D4 (Preferred)
- Barista: 2 years (Required)
- English (Required)
