Head of Corporate Finance
- Responsible to lead and manage the company's financial strategy, ensuring the optimal use of financial resources to support the organization’s goals and objectives by provide strategic financial guidance, safeguarding the company’s financial health, and enhancing overall financial performance
- Develop and utilize financial models to assess different scenarios, analyze potential investments, and support strategic decision-making.
- Identify and manage financial risks such as market volatility, interest rate risks, currency fluctuations, and other external factors that could impact the company's financial performance
- Conduct due diligence and financial modeling for mergers, acquisitions, and other investment activities
- Manage the company's cash flow to ensure there's enough liquidity for operational needs while optimizing the use of cash through effective treasury management
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships or collaborations that can enhance the company's market position, technology capabilities, or geographical reach
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business strategies, ensure financial stability, and provide insights for informed decision-making
- Analyze revenue trends and provide insights to improve pricing strategies and profitability
- Allocate financial resources effectively by evaluating and prioritizing projects or initiatives that offer the highest returns and align with the company's long-term strategy.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, economic, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, treasury, and revenue assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role .
- Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling and analysis.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex financial data and making informed decisions.
- Excellent understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and risk management practices.
- Good communication and presentation skill & Fluent English speaking
