Reliability Supervisor - Maintenance
Job Description Summary:
Responsible for overseeing Master Data Equipment and Spare Parts for Mechanical Stationary, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring the implementation of Autonomous, Preventive, and Predictive Maintenance strategies.
Job Description:
- Perform Master Data Equipment and Master Data Spare Part scope for Mechanical Stationary.
- Prepare report for Monthly Maintenance Cost.
- Manage Master Data in SAP PM MODULE.
- Follow up on CBM (Condition-Based Maintenance) Activity for Stationary Equipment.
- Convert mechanic/welder notifications to work orders from findings in Autonomous Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Breakdown.
- Follow up notifications and work orders with the Technology Owner (spare parts) and Process Owner (schedule).
- Plan work orders for mechanics/welders by prioritizing them into High, Medium, and Low categories.
- Schedule work orders for mechanics/welders during Weekly Asset Meetings together with the Technology Owner and Process Owner.
- Ensure the technical completion of work orders for mechanics/welders.
- Create new material numbers for mechanics/welders.
- Supervise Autonomous Maintenance for Safety-Critical Stationary Equipment.
- Supervise Condition-Based Monitoring for Safety-Critical Stationary Equipment.
- Report planning activities related to Autonomous, Preventive, and Predictive Maintenance strategies effectively..
Job Requirement:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in Rotating/Stationary equipment in the Oleo industry.
- Competency as a Reliability Supervisor Mechanical specialist in Rotating and Stationary equipment.
- Required skills: strong analytical skills for Failure Mode and Root Cause strategies.
- Knowledge of Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) Program.
- Willing to be located in Belawan, Medan.
