General Technician - The Elements
Job Descriptions :
Job Qualifications :
- Carry out inspections and maintenance to ensure that the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing functions (gensets, lighting, water pumps) are functioning and operating properly.
- Directing / supervising the work of contractors/vendors in building maintenance/repairs and MEP functions.
- Checking the contractor/vendor Property / Estate Management work checklist so that it is by the Terms of Reference (TOR).
Job Qualifications :

Minimum Diploma degree of any major, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in building management, preferably in Apartment or commercial building.
- Ability to operate a computer (Ms. Office).
- Knowledge of mechanical & electrical functions in building management.
- Knowledge of building maintenance and repair.
- Willing to be placed in Kuningan, South Jakarta.
