Job Descriptions:
Job Qualifications:
- Supervise the maintenance and repair work of environmental and infrastructure facilities.
- Evaluate the performance of the contractor.
- Support the procurement of facilities and infrastructure for events organized by the Sales & Promotion department.
- Conduct a checklist of the contractor's work for the handover process.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in developer or contractor in housing project.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Auto CAD).

Understand and know the rules and regulations related to estate management
- Having knowledge in Civil Construction, Working Drawing and Structure Material.
- Having knowledge to make RAB.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
