Corporate Acquisition Analyst - JKT
Job Descriptions:
- Identify potential acquisition targets or merger opportunities through thorough market research, in depth analysis and networking.
- Develop detailed financial model to analyze the financial impact of the potential transactions, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis (CCA).
- Conduct valuation assessment to determine the fair value of target companies and negotiate favorable deal terms.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, including financial analyses, market trends, and risk assessments, to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines throughout the M&A process.
Job Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related major.
- 1- 5 years of experience in investing, acquisition & merger industries.
- Experienced in developing detailed financial model for investment & merger is preferable.
- Solid understanding of M&A processes, including deal sourcing, due diligence, valuation methods, and post-merger integration.
- Experienced in relevant financial software, modelling tools, and Microsoft office suite.
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to foster positive and effective working relationships with variety of stakeholders;
- High analytical thinking and good communication skills.
- English language skills is an advantage.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
