Submitting RAB (Cost Budget Plan), TOR (Term Of Reference) contracts for outsourcing and service work/goods procurement either through the available system
Prepare memos and letters for internal and external purposes
Administer any building management document
Checking and tracking vendor's billing documents
Support any building management team in terms of administrative works
Carry out any task given by Building Manager
Job Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma Degree in relevant major
Minimum 1 year experience as a general admin
Have a good understanding in administration works
Result oriented, good communication and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Willing to be placed in BSD City
