Negotiate competitive rates and ensure 100% fulfillment rates from bookings.
Client Development: Develop a robust network of shippers and customers.
Provide Key Account Management services aimed at generating a minimum Gross Profit of USD 40,000 from air freight shipments.
Regularly update clients on shipment progress and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Operational Coordination: Collaborate closely with Customer Service and Operations teams to guarantee seamless execution of shipments from origin to destination.
Maintain a 100% on-time performance record.
Proven experience in Business Development within the Air Freight Forwarding industry, with a track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Solid understanding of air freight logistics processes and regulations.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
