- Financial & Strategic Analysis: Dive into our funding strategy, M&A, investment opportunities, and strategic partnerships with enthusiasm.
- Financial Modeling & Valuation: Create and analyze financial models.
- Industry & Market Research: Conduct thorough research and share your insights with the team.
- Deal Transaction Processes: Participate in end-to-end deal transactions and bring your A-game.
- Investment Memorandums & Presentations: Craft compelling investment memos and presentations to the investors.
- Investor Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for the investors.
- Bachelor's degree from a top university.
- 3-4 years of experience in corporate finance & FP&A, preferably with a background in Accounting Firm, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Corporate Development, Startups, or Management Consulting. Big 4 experience in valuation or advisory is a plus.
- Expert in financial modeling, excellent written and verbal communication at all levels.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must
