- Identify and onboard new trucking vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors.
- Manage and maintain vendor relationships.
- Coordinate and optimize trucking schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams
- Proven experience in vendor acquisition or trucking management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- 1-3 years Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
