OBJECTIVES
- Support Air Freight Export Department for issuing invoicing internally & to Customer
JOB DUTIES
-
Issued Invoicing based on selling rate advise by Operations Assistant
-
Review, recheck & posted any third party invoicing
-
Upload approved third party invoice into Cargowise-1
-
Retrieve EVAT from warehouse web portal
-
Set up final invoice along with supporting docs
-
Upload all documentation into Cargowise-1
-
Upload Customer invoice & supporting document into their web portal
-
Create Transmittal Advise
-
Sending all finalized invoicing & documentation to Customer
- All relevant duties assigned by Superior
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in Air Transportation, Logistics or any related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Billing position
- Good understanding of Air Freight business, especially Export
- Good understanding of Customs Clearance process & documentation
- Able to work multi-task and meeting tight deadline
- Good communication skill & Customer oriented
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Preferably experienced using Cargowise-1 system
