Finance & Accounting Section Head - EASTVARA
Job Descriptions:
- Prepare various finance reports (budgets, financial statements, performance report, etc).
- Manage and control Cash Flow and Budget (achievement to income and expense).
- Proactively identify issues and implement process improvements to streamline finance process.
- Assist the Finance Department Head in formulating and reviewing finance/accounting processes / policies throughout the company to ensure accounting and financial reports accurately reflect the conditions of the business and provide reliable information for control and management purposes.
- Handle and monitor collection ratio.
- Coordinate team for all finance, accounting and tax activities.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in property sector is required for this position.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Possess good leadership, interpersonal and supervisory skills.
- Understand the regulations of accounting & tax.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
