About the job: As an Accounting and Finance Supervisor for PT. Grahaputra Mandirikharisma, it's responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing all accounting and finance functions of the company. This position will ensure compliance with tax, finance, and accounting regulations, as well as developing financial strategies to support the growth of the company. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all accounting activities, including financial statement preparation, account reconciliation, budgeting, and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations.
Develop and implement efficient and effective accounting policies and procedures to ensure strong internal controls.
Plan, manage, and oversee the company's budget, including monitoring and controlling expenditures to ensure prudent financial management.
Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making by management.
Supervise and develop the accounting and finance team to achieve optimal performance and ensure professional growth.
Prepare financial reports for investors, shareholders, and other external parties.
Work with external auditors to ensure smooth audits and full compliance with financial reporting standards.
Identify opportunities for increasing cost efficiency and implementing cost-saving strategies.
Responsible for financial risk management and developing risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master's degree (S2) or professional certification such as CPA and CFA is a plus.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance. Previous experience working in big 4 or consulting for at least 1 year is a plus
Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards (PSAK-IFRS), taxation, and financial law.
Experience managing and creating financial modeling is a plus
Strong analytical skills and good problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and able to work with cross-functional teams and senior management.
Experience in strategic planning and financial risk management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
Strong leadership skills and experience in developing and motivating teams.
Good information technology skills, including MS Excel and accounting systems
High attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data.
Working age between 25-40 years.
Possess high integrity, achievement, and trustworthy.
