Business Developer – Property Management (Canggu)

The ideal candidate should have a dynamic and results-driven professional with a proven track record in business development, particularly in the property management sector. They possess excellent networking and negotiation skills, enabling them to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with property owners, and expand the company’s portfolio. The candidate must have a deep understanding of market trends, property management services, and client needs, allowing them to create tailored strategies for growth.

Requirements :
- Open for local candidates.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the real estate and property management sector, including market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to identify growth opportunities.
- Experience building and managing client relationships.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of financial principles and budgeting related to business development.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the property management portfolio, targeting both individual property owners and larger investors.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growth in the property management sector.
- Develop and implement strategic plans aimed at attracting more properties for management, focusing on both short-term wins and long-term growth.
- Prepare, present, and customize proposals and presentations to potential clients and partners, effectively communicating the value of the company’s services.
- Lead negotiations and close partnership deals with new clients for property management services, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Establish and maintain strong, lasting partnerships with property owners and investors, fostering trust and long-term collaboration.
