UX/UI Designer Intern

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help create exceptional digital experiences for our users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting user research, designing intuitive interfaces, and validating designs through usability testing. You will work closely with developers, and other stakeholders to design and implement solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting user research, designing intuitive interfaces, and validating designs through usability testing. You will work closely with developers, and other stakeholders to design and implement solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts and interactions.
- Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and consistent with our brand identity.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and provide support during the development process.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and usability testing.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and design standards for fonts, colors, and imagery
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the user experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects, particularly in web and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools like In Vision, Marvel, or Principle.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic Java Script to understand technical constraints and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present designs and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
- Curiosity to continuously learn and explore new design techniques and technologies.
