Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products/services. The role will play a major part in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products/services. The role will play a major part in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Plan and manage all digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, SEO/SEM, PPC, and display advertising.
- Manage the company’s online presence and brand image on all relevant platforms.
- Create and curate engaging and relevant content for websites, blogs, email marketing, and social media.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, design, and sales) to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all channels.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Manage and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
- Oversee and manage digital marketing budgets and allocate investments across different platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and improve campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Strong knowledge of all digital marketing disciplines (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, paid ads).
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Marketo).
- Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEO tools like Moz or SEMrush.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on creating compelling content and effective storytelling.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and Java Script development constraints is a plus.
