Job Description Summary:AECOM Enterprise Capabilities is seeking a Multimedia Graphic Designer/Multimedia UX/UI Designer to work on various Visualization projects in our Enterprise Capabilities team. This position will offer a hybrid work schedule to include both office and remote opportunities based from our office in Bangalore, India.
Responsibilities This role will work with creative teams to:
Develop and edit videos for various platforms, ensuring they meet accessibility and user experience standards, Collaborate with teams to brainstorm, storyboard, and implement design solutions.
Maintain and update content on digital and social platforms.
Produce explanatory and promotional videos for community and corporate initiatives.
Ensure all digital content meets accessibility standards in line with current guidelines and best practices,
Perform necessary testing and QA needed to ensure solution is properly tested and passes before deploying to PROD.
Work with support resources to ensure that all related systems are monitored and performing as expected. Escalated where needed.
Ensure that reported issues are properly tracked and recorded for successful and timely resolution. Identify and escalate where there are issues and delays; facilitate the prioritization of backlogged requests where needed; assess the performance of delivered work.
Support the successful delivery of projects – ensure that assigned and committed work is completed within given timelines.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
Advanced Diploma or higher (or equivalent in experience) in Graphic Design or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic/multimedia design, with a strong portfolio in video and motion graphics.
Proficiency in Adobe Video Editing Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects; Adobe Express
Experience with Figma for UI/UX design.
Experience with video platforms: Vimeo, You Tube
Skills in digital art, illustration, video editing, and motion graphics.
Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools: Sketch, Invision, Figma and XD
Strong understanding of Design Thinking, Typography, Web Design, and User Experience Design.
Proficiency with large language models and generative AI tools, including Copilot, Chat GPT, and Adobe Firefly
