Bench Sales Recruiter Intern - US Shift
Location: Jamshedpur(onsite)
Shift Timing: US Shift(6:00pm to 3:00 am , Mon to Fri)

Position Overview:
As a Bench Sales Recruiter Intern, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential candidates to fulfill our clients' staffing needs. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the IT staffing industry and develop essential skills in sales, recruitment, and client management.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels.
Build and maintain relationships with consultants on the bench.
Market and promote consultant profiles to clients.
Coordinate with the sales and recruiting teams to align on client requirements and candidate submissions.
Track and report on candidate pipelines and placement status.
Qualifications:
Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree any field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Prior experience in sales or recruitment is a plus but not required.
