Handle and support the full cycle of bench sales recruitment, including sourcing jobs, applying to positions for candidates, communicating with vendors and clients, managing submittals, negotiating rates, confirming placements, coordinating interviews, and handling paperwork for candidates.
Map resumes to job requirements and assess candidate profiles on technical grounds.
Utilize job portals such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech Fetch, Indeed, Linked In, and other networking methods to market bench candidates, responding to requirements received via email, Dice, Tech Fetch, etc.
Negotiate competitive rates, follow up on interview schedules, and secure consultants at favorable terms. Must excel in negotiation and be proactive in generating submittals through calls, emails, and follow-ups with vendors and clients.
Maintain regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants, understanding their needs and placing them into projects promptly.
Responsible for editing, updating, and formatting resumes to ensure consistency and visual and technical perfection for presentation to clients.
Develop new business contacts and explore new market segments.
Perform other assigned and/or required activities as part of the above responsibilities
