- Manage reservations and issue airline tickets for International Ticket Booking/ Group Ticket Booking.
- Handle customer inquiries about flight departures, arrivals, and costs
- Assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers by answering questions and handling complaints
- Handle refunds and credit requests
- Graduate or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in relevant computer applications and airline reservation systems and proficiency in google sheet.
- Assist passengers with reservations, ticketing, and flight schedule inquiries and coordinate with Airlines.
- Job Title: Airline Ticketing Agent for International Flight.
- Work Environment: This role involves a significant amount of direct contact with customers and requires standing and walking for extended periods.
- Salary: Salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
