Roles & Responsibilities: · Coordinate and book all aspects of business travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and any necessary visa arrangements. · Ensure adherence to company travel policies and budgets. · Handle travel itinerary changes and cancellations as required. · Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other vendors to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality services. · Negotiate corporate rates and discounts with travel partners. · Educate employees on the company's travel policies and procedures. · Enforce compliance with travel policies and address any deviations appropriately. · Monitor travel expenses to ensure they align with the approved budget. · Reconcile travel expenses, process invoices, and ensure timely reimbursement for employees. · Provide travel information, support, and assistance to employees, ensuring a seamless travel experience. · Address any travel-related issues or emergencies, collaborating with relevant departments when necessary. · Prepare and analyze travel reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve travel efficiency and cost-effectiveness. · Utilize travel booking platforms, expense management systems, and other relevant tools to streamline travel processes. · This position may require occasional after-hours availability to handle urgent travel matters. · Travel Desk Executives may need to stay up-to-date with changes in travel regulations and industry trends. Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality Management with relevant experience of 2-3 years.
Proficiency in using software's like MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point).
Excellent command on English language, especially rules of syntax, punctuation, and grammar.
