Key Responsibilities:
- Manage travel bookings, including flight, hotel, and transportation reservations for clients.
- Create customized travel packages for both domestic and international destinations.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries and ensuring smooth travel experiences.
- Utilize ticketing software for booking and managing reservations.
- Handle itinerary planning and offer travel advice based on client preferences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new destinations, and ticketing options.
- Ensure accurate documentation and invoicing for all travel bookings.
- 1-2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a focus on ticketing.
- Proficiency in using ticketing software.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to create attractive and comprehensive travel packages.
- Good command of computers and related software.
Pay: ₹9,912.21 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- total work: 1 year (Preferred)
