Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and energetic Marketing Executive to join our dynamic tours and travel team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our travel packages and services by building strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, corporate partners, and other key stakeholders. This is a highly field-based position, requiring frequent travel to meet potential clients, promote our offerings, and represent the company at various events, exhibitions, and on-ground marketing activities. Key Responsibilities: Direct Client Engagement: Visit travel agencies, corporate offices, schools, and other potential clients to promote travel packages and services. Present and explain travel deals, destinations, and tours to clients, showcasing the unique experiences and value offered by the company. Build and maintain lasting relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure continued business and client satisfaction. On-Ground Marketing Activities: Conduct on-ground marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials, brochures, and flyers at high-traffic locations such as events, fairs, and exhibitions. Organize and participate in travel exhibitions, roadshows, and outdoor events to enhance brand visibility. Create and manage promotional displays at partner locations such as airports, hotels, and shopping malls. Lead Generation and Follow-Up: Generate leads through field visits, networking, and participating in travel events. Collect and follow up on inquiries from potential clients to convert leads into sales. Maintain and update a database of potential clients after each visit. Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Gather feedback from clients on their travel preferences, needs, and emerging trends. Monitor competitors' marketing strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement. Stay updated on industry trends to provide relevant and timely travel solutions to clients. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams: Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to ensure field marketing activities align with overall business objectives. Provide insights and feedback from field visits to help refine marketing strategies and product offerings. Brand Representation: Act as the face of the company, ensuring professional and courteous representation of the brand during all client interactions. Ensure all marketing materials and displays are well-maintained and accurately reflect the company’s offerings. Reporting and Performance Tracking: Prepare and submit reports on field activities, client interactions, and leads generated. Track the performance of marketing campaigns executed in the field and provide recommendations for improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in field marketing, with a strong preference for experience in the tours and travel industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of clients. Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently in the field. Willingness to travel extensively for on-ground marketing activities. Basic understanding of travel products, services, and the tourism industry. Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. Preferred Skills: Experience in B2B marketing and sales, especially within the travel industry. Familiarity with key regions, popular travel destinations, and their geography.
