Job Responsibilities -
- A candidate who has handled international/domestic air ticketing independently.
- Group Booking Handling.
- candidates who have done IATA/ Diploma in Travel Tourism Course etc. (Preferred not compulsory)
- Domestic & International Air Tickets Quotes for Leisure as well as Corporate Clients
- Finding the best possible fare with usage of GDS and other tools
- Entire ticketing functionality including. Ticketing, Re-issue, Refunds, up-selling etc.
- Experience of handling Visa and Travel Insurance will be an added advantage but not a must requisite.
- Working with Leisure & Corporate travelers in working to find the right Fare for them while maintaining excellent relations and credibility with clientsRequired Candidate profile
- Anyone who has worked in the field of Air Ticketing in any type of organization is welcome to apply. Knowledge of some GDS like Galileo / Amadeus is a preferred but not compulsory.
- Good Interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate well in English, Hindi will be an advantage
- Male / Female, Candidates with diploma / degree in Tourism Field may be preferred. IATA Certification will be an added advantage
- Freshers are also welcome for domestic ticketing to start with.
