Develop product lines and appraise new ideas for market viability. Assess competition by comparing products. Create long- and short-term product sales forecasts and analysis for management
Train & Operationalize
Schedule and assign operational requirements to follow up on work results. Manage the product team, including coaching and disciplinary actions, planning, monitoring and job appraisal.
Lead generation
Identification of target customer segment, product programs, scripts etc.
Lead conversion
Digital journey for lead fulfilment
Process improvements for effective conversions
Gap analysis and identification of opportunities
Quality & Risk aspects
Quality control and continuous training to stabilize the process and stimulate clean selling
Qualifications:
