Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone by contacting potential and existing customers, explaining the features of our products or services, and closing sales deals. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce and sell products or services.
Lead Generation: Identify potential customers from databases, directories, and other sources.
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer queries, and provide information about product features and benefits.
Sales Pitch: Deliver a persuasive sales pitch to convince customers to purchase the company’s offerings.
Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and previous calls to ensure continued interest and to close sales.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made, customer interactions, and sales achieved.
Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to improve the sales process and contribute to product development.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and share insights.
Product Knowledge: Continuously update knowledge about the company’s products, services, and promotions.
