Real Estate Sales Assoceaite

Job Summary: A Real Estate Associate is responsible for assisting clients in the purchase, sale, or lease of residential, commercial, or industrial properties. They work closely with real estate brokers, agencies, and clients to ensure transactions are handled efficiently and legally. A successful Real Estate Associate stays informed about local market trends, maintains strong client relationships, and works to close deals that meet the clients’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Assist clients in understanding the real estate market and guide them through the process of buying, selling, or leasing properties.
  • Provide clients with information on legal requirements, financial aspects, and market trends.
  • Property Listings & Market Research:
  • Prepare and list properties for sale or rent, including taking photographs, writing property descriptions, and managing online listings.
  • Conduct market research to determine competitive market prices and analyze property values.
  • Transaction Management:
  • Assist with negotiations between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
  • Coordinate property showings, open houses, and home inspections.
  • Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other necessary legal documents.
  • Facilitate communication between parties involved, including mortgage lenders, title companies, and attorneys.
  • Lead Generation:
  • Identify and pursue new real estate opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.
  • Build and maintain a client database for future business.
  • Market Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about market trends, zoning laws, and property developments in the local area.
  • Advise clients on property value, investment potential, and risks associated with real estate transactions.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure all transactions comply with state and local real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and transaction documentation.
  • Marketing and Promotions:
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies for property listings.
  • Utilize social media, online platforms, and traditional marketing techniques to promote properties.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Valid real estate license in the state of operation.
  • 1-3 years of experience in real estate or a related field.
  • Knowledge of local real estate markets and property values.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and CRM tools.
Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of relevant real estate regulations and procedures.
Working Conditions:
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
  • Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus
  • Quarterly bonus
Experience:
  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Real estate sales: 1 year (Preferred)
