Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction and Support:
- Assist clients in the process of buying, selling, and leasing properties.
- Conduct property showings and open houses.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide information about properties and the real estate market.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify properties for sale, rent, or investment.
- Analyze market trends, property values, and investment potential.
- Prepare comparative market analysis (CMA) reports to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Administrative and Documentation:
- Prepare and manage real estate documents such as contracts, leases, and closing statements.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain organized records of transactions and client interactions.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties.
- Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online listings.
- Utilize social media and real estate websites to reach potential clients.
- Property Management:
- Assist in the management of rental properties, including tenant relations and lease management.
- Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate with other real estate professionals, such as appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage brokers.
- Schedule and attend meetings, inspections, and closings.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
