Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telephone Sales Operator to join our sales team. This role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain and update customer records in the database.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
Follow up on leads and build strong customer relationships.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory; freshers are welcome.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
