We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing product or service information, answering inquiries, and closing sales through phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and promote the company's products or services.
Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and availability.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Maintain a detailed record of calls and sales data.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities.
Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or customer support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and negotiate with clients effectively.
Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English languages.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
