Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and driven individual who will be driving sales for a vocational training program for women in Tier II & Tier III cities in India. The position will require the individual to be proactive in terms of communication between all stakeholders involved in this program. In addition to reaching out to eligible customers to meet sales targets, you will also be responsible for developing sales strategies and processes to deliver results and provide support to the customers throughout the program. Role and Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the sales for the course and drive the business numbers.
Address the customers’ queries about the courses and the company.
Pitch the course to potential customers.
Maintain sales reports from time to time.
Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Ensure there is no misinformation spread and misselling to the customers.
Identifying process gaps and improving overall process efficiency.
Requirements:
A knack for sales and positioning an idea.
Good communication and research skills.
0 - 2 Years of work experience in Sales/Business Development/ Sales for products.
Entrepreneurial mindset to take ownership of the projects allocated.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate, and close a deal.
Solution-oriented with effective problem-solving skills.
Operates with a customer-centric approach.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and excel
Manage and overlook responsibilities among multiple stakeholders and ensure efficient and timely delivery of outcomes
