Tele Marketing Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads.
- Provide information about our products and services.
- Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up with leads and ensure proper communication.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
