Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services.
Handle inbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and support.
Customer Interaction:
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about product availability, delivery options, and other queries.
Sales and Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and suggesting appropriate products.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Order Processing:
Assist customers with placing orders and provide guidance on the purchasing process.
Coordinate with the showroom and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Feedback and Reporting:
Collect customer feedback and report any issues or suggestions to the management.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activities and sales performance.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest products, features, and industry trends.
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and privacy guidelines.
Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain professionalism during all interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the building materials or home improvement industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone manner.
Sales Skills: Strong persuasive skills and the ability to upsell products.
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Customer Service: A customer-centric approach with the ability to handle customer complaints and issues effectively.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.
Language: Proficiency in Hindi.
