Tele Caller Executive
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telecaller proficient in both Hindi and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹15,135.33 - ₹25,937.88 per month
Schedule:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telecaller proficient in both Hindi and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell products/services.
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Provide detailed information about the company’s products/services.
- Follow-up with customers to encourage continued business and resolve complaints.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, and details of actions taken.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
- Handle customer grievances and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with CRM software.
- Good listening skills and ability to handle rejections positively.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Minimum: High School Diploma (10+2).
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Pay: ₹15,135.33 - ₹25,937.88 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
- Cold calling: 2 years (Preferred)
