Job Overview: The Supervisor in UPVC Fabrication is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the fabrication process. The supervisor plays a key role in troubleshooting issues, optimizing production workflows, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision and Management:
Lead, manage, and motivate the fabrication team to meet production targets.
Assign tasks to workers and monitor their progress.
Ensure all team members are trained in using machinery and following safety protocols.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Production Planning and Scheduling:
Plan and organize daily production schedules to meet deadlines.
Ensure resources such as materials, labor, and equipment are available and efficiently utilized.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Quality Control:
Monitor production to ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.

Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in UPVC fabrication or a related industry, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of UPVC fabrication processes, machinery, and tools.
Knowledge of quality control standards and health & safety regulations.
