Social Media Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹9,927.48 - ₹36,069.54 per month
Schedule:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our business goals and brand voice.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, etc.), including text, graphics, and video.
- Community Management: Monitor and respond to user interactions, manage online communities, and engage with followers to build strong relationships.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns, including paid promotions and influencer partnerships.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using data to inform strategy and make improvements.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, PR, customer service) to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
- Crisis Management: Handle any social media crises or negative feedback with professionalism and a strategic approach.
