Job Summary:
As a BAMS Doctor, you will be responsible for providing remote medical consultations to patients through virtual platforms. You will diagnose and treat patients, prescribe medications, and provide medical advice and follow-up care. Additionally, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual consultations with patients using telemedicine platforms, video calls, or other remote communication tools.
Review patients' medical histories and symptoms to make accurate diagnoses.
Order diagnostic tests, such as lab work or imaging studies, as necessary for proper diagnosis and treatment.
Prescribe medications and treatments based on patients' medical conditions and needs.
Provide medical advice and guidance to patients regarding their health concerns and conditions.
Monitor patients' progress and response to treatment, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patient interactions and consultations.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists and primary care providers, to coordinate patient care and referrals.
Stay informed about advancements in telemedicine technology and practices to improve patient care delivery.
Adhere to all relevant legal and ethical standards for telemedicine practice, ensuring patient confidentiality and privacy.
Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
Valid medical license to practice medicine in the relevant jurisdiction.
Board certification in a relevant medical specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics).
Proven experience practicing medicine, preferably in a telemedicine or remote healthcare setting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong empathy and ability to establish rapport with patients remotely.
