Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Steward to join our hospitality team. As a Steward, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant's back-of-house areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting the service team. **Key Responsibilities:" Back-of-House Operations: 1. Clean and maintain kitchen, dishroom, and storage areas. 2. Ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables. 3. Restock supplies and maintain inventory. Dishroom Operations: 1. Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment. 2. Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently. Health and Safety: 1. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. 2. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Service Support: 1. Assist servers with table setup and clearing. 2. Provide glassware, utensils, and other necessities. Additional Responsibilities: 1. Perform opening and closing duties. 2. Participate in deep cleaning projects. 3. Collaborate with kitchen staff. Essential Skills: 1. Attention to detail 2.
