- Ensure security arrangements in Plant, Mines, & township area to safeguard unit’s assets & employees.
- operationalize of fire-fighting equipment's and make them available during emergencies within short notice to prevent and contain fires.
- Train the security guards on rescue opera??on during emergencies.
- Knowledge on EOW systems.
- Gather information on activities within the jetty and outside. Keep constant vigil on workforce activities.
- Ensuring procedures like Night Vigilance Duty (NVD), CCTV, MIS, etc
- Proper attendance accounting of security guards during shift, Maintain Discipline of security guards at shift, Ensure maintenance and
- Up keeping hygiene of security barracks and Coordinate with IR Team at plant and township during exigencies.
- Ensuring 100% compliance of all safety standards and all applicable recommendations related to their concerned area.
- Active participation in safety training, safety sub committees, standard champions meeting and any safety event
- Effective implementation of IMS and other systems requirements through involvement for continuous improvement in plant working condition & quality standards.
