Gold Coins Club & Resort is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to assist in leading our kitchen team. As a key figure in the culinary department, the Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests by ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage staff, and help develop new menu items, maintaining the resort’s reputation for top-tier cuisine. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation in the kitchen.
Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Prepare high-quality dishes and ensure they meet the resort’s standards for taste and presentation.
Collaborate in menu planning, including creating new dishes and improving existing ones.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed
