Shipping Operations Executive
Skills Required:
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Should have a good understanding of international logistics operations, related documentation, supply chain management, and industry-specific jargon
- Experience with international logistics and customs clearance procedures.
- Well-versed with import-export documentation, Incoterms, and procedures
- Excellent communication skills (English) and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service and client communication; must be soft spoken and customer-oriented
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving logistics-related inquiries and issues.
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Communicating with international clients to receive and process orders
- Coordinate with warehousing teams to manage storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any delays.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party service providers, including carriers, warehouses, and customs brokers.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
