Job Description
- Handling of Machine shop shift activities
- Daily loading of machines
- Job setups and offsets
-
Knowledge of various measuring instruments
- Trouble shouting and problem solving
- Able to read and interpret the engineering drawings & knowledge of geometrical tolerances.
- Knowledge of CNC Milling and turning machines
- Knowledge about CNC Programming
- Awareness of 5S,T.P.M and Kaizen
- Knowledge of Auto-cad and SAP
- Knowledge about ISO system
- Working knowledge In Heavy Engineering Machine shop
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality department for on time completion of job
