Job Description

Job Location: To operate from any one location ( Chennai,Mumbai,Ahmedabad,Delhi,Kolkatta)
The purpose of this job is to ensure that established Inspection procedures & QAPs implemented and maintained at Manufacturer's locations & ensure timely inspections with the by engaging quality engineers & TPI
Key Result Areas (KRA’s)
1. QAP & Procedure implementation & maintenance
2 Awareness creation among Project Stakeholders on the importance quality requirement & adherance
3. Competance development by ensuring right qualification for right job in different processes and activities
4 Dealing with Non conformity / non compliance in works & ensuring necessary corrective actions
Secondary Result Areas
1 Conducting cross region Audits at Vendor places & ensuring effective compliances
2 Subordinate & TPI mangement
3 Networking with Project Team, Procurement & design teams
4 Supporting Project Quality Incharge, Inspection Incharge & NDT incharge
Cross Functional Responsibilities
1. Employee Engagement

3. Goal Setting and Appraisals
4. Other Management Initiatives
Education - Preferred - Preferably with Welding & Coating Inspector certifications ( CSWIP ,NACE etc) & NDT level certifications, QMS auditor certication prefered (ISO 9001),
Knowledge - International and National Quality systems such as ISO 9001, Indepth knowledge of Quality requirements in EPC company
Skills - Updating latest trends in manufacturing (piping,equipments), welding etc, Interpersonal skil to work with different stakholders, Skill for reporting & monitoring Project status in computer software
Previous Industry Experience - EPC / Construction Projects (preferably in NPCIL)
