Shift In-charge
- l Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and leave/ overtime requests
- l Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress
- l Coordinate and supervise shift operations to ensure they meet productivity targets and quality standards.
- l Train, develop and motivate staff to improve performance and meet objectives.
- l Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed
- l Manage and resolve any operational issues or conflicts that may arise during the assigned shift.
- l Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed.
- l Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
- l Handle employee complaints & resolve conflicts between employees
- l Transfer products and other objects to and from the worksite on occasion
- l Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- l Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Must be well equipped with MS Word, Excel & SAP
- **Only Male candidates can apply**
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
