Overall in charge of security manpower & responsible for discipline, leave, welfare and training of the security. ( Both Co. & Contract employees ) .
To enforce co. rules & regulation related to Security.
To maintain effective surveillance.
– To render prompt services to plant, Colony & Mines in case of strike, Fire, Power failure or accident etc.
– Daily check all Security related reports, Files and duty registers, daily check all security related reports, file and duty registers.
– Daily check materials gate passes.
– Daily check and forward Cement Trucks time deviation and weigh report .
– Daily collect Security and Intelligence report pertaining to Company and forward to Superiors.
– Monitoring Contractor Labours entry report.
– Monitor monthly gate passes of Contractors, Suppliers Deployments.
– Monitoring inward & outward employee’s movements.
– Monitoring Men, Materials and Vehicles at Plant Gate. – Monitoring proper maintenance of record of in/out going materials.
– To Conduct Programs for fitness of Security I by drill/Parade.
– Organise Parade and train students of Jayjyoti School for 26th January and 15th August parade every Year.
KRA2
Plan, organize & control security arrangements in plant, mines & township area to safeguard units assets & employees.
Ensure Zero Theft inside the Plant & Colony.
Develop an effective Intelligence/ Vigilance System & assist DH-SA&CSR, in this regard by giving timely feedback.
Develop excellent co-operation & team spirit, among team mates & assist DH at the time critical condition/ management crisis.
Implement security plans, standards and procedures to ensure effective security of the plant & colony.
Monitor access control of visitors.
Ensure Zero % Theft Cases inside the Colony & Plant premises.
Develop effective Intelligence & Vigilance System & assist DH-SA&CSR, in this regard by giving timely feed back.
KRA3
Ensure maintenance of fire-fighting equipment and operate during emergencies within short notice.
Ensure availability of trained fire fighting team.
Ensure serviceability of fire fighting equipments.
Ensure all the documents, records, registers pertaining to the Fire System, Equipments are in tact & update for Audit purpose.
Check/Monitor all the Fire tenders in an excellent condition & well maintained always.

Liaise with law enforcement agencies / police .
Establish cordial relationship with law enforcing agencies upto circle level.
Develop intelligence network within & outside company.
Close watch on the union activities, labors unrest/movements, black listed persons, village intelligence , develop counter intelligence net work & assist DH by giving timely feed back.

Ensure movement of trucks & weighment of materials.
Ensure & regulate entry & exit of trucks in the factory.
Ensure proper weighment of incoming & outcoming materials.
Ensure quick Truck Around Time (TAT) in co-ordination with Logistics & Packing Plant.

Monitoring of Visitors System at all the Gates to ensure Unauthorized Entry of Personnel inside the Township & Plant are strictly restricted.
Day to Day monitor of Visitors System at all the Gates & Ensure Unauthorized Entry of Personnel inside the Colony & Plant.

Safety Culture for controlling the effectiveness of implementation.
Controlling of smooth functioning of PPEs at the PPE booth for vehicle operators ensuring Zero % Complaint in related with Issue & Quality.
Control the 2 / 4 wheeler drivers for their compliance of system. Also ensure Crash Helmets used by all the 2 wheelers including the pillion riders.
