Service /Operation Execcutive
Service Manager - Mutual Fund Operations: As a Service Manager - Mutual Fund Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of mutual fund operations within a financial institution in coordination with asset management company. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around supporting various aspects of mutual fund administration, transaction processing, and client services. You will be involved in executing trades, reconciling accounts, managing fund documentation, and providing excellent customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for branch operations activities at all the branches in the region Co-ordination with Investors / Distributors / Operations Team in the region for excellent Investor servicing.
Co-ordination with R & T operations for smooth processing of transactions in the region. Customer Service via CRM.
KYC POS Operations (wherever applicable) Branch Operations Executives Development (Trainings on Operations) Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. work experience: 2 – 3 years (Required) Previous experience in mutual fund operations, fund accounting, or investment operations is highly desirable.
Familiarity with mutual fund industry regulations and compliance standards. Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in using financial software, databases, and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
