SAP B1 Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced SAP B1 Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our SAP Business One system.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the SAP Business One system, ensuring its smooth operation and data integrity.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and updates as necessary.
- Add-ons & Other Requirements Coordination with SAP Partner
- Create and manage user accounts and roles within SAP B1.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP B1-related issues and errors.
- Integrate SAP Business One with Point of Sale (POS) system to facilitate real-time & scheduled data exchange.
- Ensure accurate and timely synchronization of sales, inventory, and customer data between SAP B1 and POS systems.
- Maintain integration
- Manage and cleanse data to maintain the accuracy and consistency of information across systems.
- Monitor data flows, resolve data discrepancies, and conduct regular data audits.
- Create and maintain backup and data recovery procedures .
- Provide training and support to end-users, helping them navigate the SAP B1 system and the integrated POS systems.
- Address user inquiries and issues related to SAP B1 and POS integration
- Generate reports and provide insights to improve system performance and decision-making.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data.
- Collaborate with POS Developer, SAP B1 Partner Support, and other third-party service providers to resolve technical issues.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience as SAP Administrator/Coordinator.
- Proven experience as an SAP B1 Administrator with a strong focus on integration with POS systems.
- Proficiency in SAP Business One, including configuration and administration.
- Familiarity with various POS systems and experience in integrating them with enterprise software.
- Knowledge of integration methods, tools, and technologies, such as APIs, middleware etc.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with reporting tools and data analysis is a plus
